Description
Small AK2 Drop Point
EDC knife made of M390
Alex Kremer is not only a renowned figure in the world of knifemaking but also when it comes to relentlessly good regrinds.
If you feel like taking your AK2 to yet another level, Alex Kremer, the knife’s designer himself, takes care of that. The knife was reground to the American Tanto shape and given a new cutting bevel. Please keep in mind that letting Alex Kremer work his magic can prolong the delivery time up to a total of 21 days.
The AK2 is the new design from knifemaker Alex Kremer and the first knife to come entirely from our production.
Rugged design meets lightweight. This modern form of the classic Tanto blade convinces with its precise lines, which result in a secondary point and a second blade bevel. The AK2 can also be carried as a neck knife or inconspicuously in the pocket, the skeletonized design reduces the weight to a minimum. The stonewash finish means that most usage marks will blend seamlessly into the surface texture, so even after intensive use, little signs of wear will catch the eye.
The delivery includes a matching Kydex sheath. Leather sheaths are available separately.
M390 is a knife steel from the Böhler company in Austria. The powder metallurgical steel is already a classic in the modern pocket knife segment, the high chrome content keeps it highly corrosion resistant, with a very good edge retention.
