Manually reworked AK1 blade by Alex Kremer

Alex Kremer is not only a renowned figure in the world of knifemaking but also when it comes to relentlessly good regrinds.

If you feel like taking your AK1 to yet another level, Alex Kremer, the knife’s designer himself, took care of that. The regrinds include a finer bevel and a swedge. You can choose between the finishes two-tone and blackwash.

Please keep in mind that letting Alex Kremer work his magic can prolong the delivery time up to a total of 21 days.

Important Note:

With screwed handle scales, it is generally possible for moisture to be drawn between the tang and the scales via the hands. A fine layer of rust sometimes can appear here. This can only be seen when the scales are removed and does not affect the quality of the knife in any way. We recommend applying a few drops of food-safe mineral oil (e.g. Ballistol) to this area to prevent the process.

Each blade is delivered with a complete set of hardware.

If handle scales are also ordered, we will ship the knife fully assembled.

Every manually reworked blade is unique which is why your blade may differ from the one photographed.
