AK1 American Tanto Mod RWL34™
AK1 American Tanto Mod
Manually reworked AK1 blade by Alex Kremer
Alex Kremer is not only a renowned figure in the world of knifemaking but also when it comes to relentlessly good regrinds.
For this model, Alex took an AK Drop Point blade and manually reground it into an American Tanto. In addition, he applies three different finish options. You can choose between satin, blackwash, and two-tone.
Please keep in mind that letting Alex Kremer work his magic can prolong the delivery time up to a total of 21 days.
With scales that are screwed to a knife it is always possible that moisture seeps in between tang and scales. A thin layer of rust can form where tang and moisture meet. Even though it is only visible when the scales are removed and the knife’s quality isn’t lessened in any way, we attach a small package of oil to every order to counteract this process. Assembled knives have already had a thin layer of oil applied.
Every manually reworked blade is unique which is why your blade may differ from the one photographed.
